The correct answer is B. One of the most important stages of a research project is the application of instruments. One of the most common is survey, however, before that you conduct the survey you should validate or prove it to see if it works and to "avoid bias and are representative of the population".

The process of validate the survey is applied to a different population to which will be interviewed. In this process, you make ramdom sample questions to a small percentage of the population selected for the validation process. After that, you realize if the questions are properly made, if they are understable, if they are no biased and if the questions correspond and help to obtain the results of the object studied.

After the survey's results are analyzed, and the relevant changes have been made it is time to apply the survey with the real population.
