Does the preamble to the Declaration of Independence indicate reasons why the new independent government might be similarly removed or over thrown

Yes, I suppose. The preamble states "that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed". This means that a government's primary role is to listen to the people. If a government does not listen to the people, those unhappy people have the right to dissolve the oppressive governmental system, and create a new one.

So, if the new independent government were to ever abandon it's roots and turn against it's own constituents, those constituents may overthrow that government.
