Answer:

Explanation:

Alright, lets get started.

Suppose car was driven x miles in its 4 days trip.

Cost of a car rental is thirty dollar per day.

So, for 4 days, the car rental will be =
30*4=120 $

For 1 mile, it adds fifteen cents,

So, for x miles, the cost will be =
0.15 x $

As per question, total rent is 180 $

Total rent will be =
120 + 0.15 x = 180

Subtracting 120 in both sides

0.15 x = 180-120=60

x=(60)/(0.15)

x=400

It means car was driven 400 miles. : Answer

Hope it will help :)
