Explanation:

h(x) = 3x^2

Let x =1

h(1) = 3 * (1)^2

= 3(1)

= 3

So if the input is 1 the output is 3

h(-1) = 3 * (-1)^2

= 3 *1

If the input is -1 the output is 3
