Since f=2/9 you would divide 1/4 by 2/9 and your answer is .88888 and it goes on. So, put the line over 8 to show it repeats.

f/(1)/(4)=f*(4)/(1)=4f\\\\f=(2)/(9)\to4f=4*(2)/(9)=\boxed{(8)/(9)}
