The Government should apply stronger cultural policies to stop drunk driving. First, it should strenghten the campaign against drunk driving by much more TV propaganda. Every TV programme should be sponsored by these and they should have strong contents. The audience should see the effects of drunk driving. For example, a whole family can be killed by a drunk driver. Second, there must be campaigns at school. Teachers should also teach about drunk driving. This should be done at all school levels. Drunk driving can be stopped if effective cultural policies are applied. To value life is important and this value has to be taught.

About 95% of the American population own smartphones. As a matter of fact, technology has made the lives of people a lot easier and also allowed people to communicate worldwide. Nowadays, smartphones are saving people trips to the bank, to the restaurant and even to the bookstore. Also, people can get a plane ticket and book a hotel room in less than a minute. Companies have their meetings with clients and employees online, which is more convenient and time-saving. However, advances in technology are making people less social, as well. If you have a smartphone or some other related device, chances are that you have ignored people (or been ignored by them) while being engrossed in this social technology. The truth is that what once facilitated people's lives and brought people close together is now making them less sociable.
