C is the, kind of, correct answer.
In Vokes v. Arthur Murray, a woman took thousands of dollars worth of dancing lessons because the company kept puffing up how well she was doing (she was terrible) to get her to take more on the grounds that she was improving (she wasn't).
Since the dance class had superior knowledge, they were viewed by the appellate court as having defrauded Vokes and the case was remanded back for trial.
