A person walks one mile every day for exercise, leaving her front porch at 9:00 a.M. And returning to her front porch at 9:25 a.M. What is the total displacement of her daily walk

"Displacement" is the straight-line length and direction from the start-point to the end-point. The route taken from start to finish doesn't matter.

If Ms. Person starts out from her front porch and ends up at her front porch, then the straight-line distance from start-point to end-point is zero.

Her daily displacement is zero.
