Linda is having a bake sale. She has 48 chocolate chip cookies and 64 vanilla wafer cookies to put in bags. How many bags can she fill if she puts the same number of cookies and the same number of wafers in each bag and has no cookies or wafers left over? Find the GCF.

And 64/8=8 bags of vanilla wafer cookies.

48 chocolate chip cookies and 64 vanilla wafer cookies to put in bags

She can fill the bag with same number of cookies and the same number of wafers in each bag

And condition is no wafers or cookies left over.

So, we will find the greatest common factor of 48 and 64 which is 8

Hence, she can fill 8 bags

And 48/8=6 bags of chocolate chip cookies.

And 64/8=8 bags of vanilla wafer cookies.
