Put the values from domain to the equation of the function.

f(x) = 4 + x²

f(-1) = 4 + (-1)² = 4 + 1 = 5

f(0) = 4 + 0² = 4 + 0 = 4

f(1) = 4 + 1² = 4 + 1 = 5

f(2) = 4 + 2² = 4 + 4 = 8

Answer: The range = {4, 5, 8}

Answer: y = {5, 4, 8}

Explanation:

f(x) = 4 + x²

f(-1) = 4 + (-1)²

= 4 + 1

= 5

f(0) = 4 + (0)²

= 4 + 0

= 4

f(1) = 4 + (1)²

= 4 + 1

= 5

f(2) = 4 + (2)²

= 4 + 4

= 8
