Based on this concept, I came to the conclusion that the victim exposed in the question entered the alley and a stranger tried to assault her. With that, the woman was nervous and confident in her abilities decided to run and get rid of the assault, but the assailant started shooting (which explains the presence of gunpowder in the alley), one of these shots hit the woman who died.
