This is a way to find:
y-(-1/2)=1/4(x-0.4)
y+1/2=x/4-0.1
y=x/4-0.1-0.5
y=x/4-0.6
x=0 for the y-intercept,
y=0-0.6
y=0.6

Ans:A)-0.6
