Which answer shows the proper use of additive inverse’s

2a+b+(-b)=2a+0

2a+b=b+2a

2a+b+0=2a+b

(2a)* b=2(a*b)

Answer:

a would be the answer

Step-by-step explanation: the whole point of additive inverse is to add a negative number. So putting parenthesis around the negative number and then adding it to another number, would be correct. In my opinion it also looks easier to do.
