Answer: 1/4


Explanation:

Take any two point on the line: my starting point is -4,0 and I will be moving to 0,1.

Remember that slope = rise/run, so count up one and go to the right 4 to get to 0,1, so it would be 1/4.

We can use the points (4, 0) and (0, 1) to solve.

Slope formula: y2-y1/x2-x1

= 1-0/0-4

= 1/4
