The first one is not punctuated correctly.


Because square brackets like those are used only in very important purposes, like in a techical case where you add a physical quantity or unit.


Round brackets are correct as they are usually used to showcase a small phrase which is not so important, but it gives further extra information to readers.


the last sentence is correct with effective use of commas.
