Answer:

7 or 10 games.

Explanation:

You didn't explain if the $20 is apart of his admission fee. So if he had $20 in total and used part of that for admission he would be able to play 7 games because 14/2 is 7. Now, if he had separate money and the $20 dollars he has is only for games he can play 10 games because 20/2. I got the 2 from the game fee by the way.
