70 chairs 70 per row is 1 ros
70 chairs 35 per row is 2 rows
70 chairs 14 per row is 5 rows
70 chairs 7 per row is 10 rows
70 chairs 10 per row is 7 rows
70 chairs 5 per row is 14 rows
