Explanation:

width (w): w

Length(L): 3w

Perimeter (P) = 2w + 2L

P ≤ 112

2w + 2L ≤ 112

2(w) + 2(3w) ≤ 112

2w + 6w ≤ 112

8w ≤ 112

w ≤ 14
