You suspect your friends has been using drugs for sometime but have been afraid to confront him he used to be very attractive guy that all the girls like but people are noticing that he is acting more aggressive and that his mouth is showing lots of rapid nto and gum decay which drug should you worry is taking

First drug I would suspect, due to the the gum decay and dental issues, is Methamphetamine aka Crystal Meth, then I would question Cocaine and/or Steroids, due to the aggressiveness. He could be using multiple drugs.
