The answer is 10/4

Explanation:

In order to find a slope of a line we have to divide the change in y, by the change of x.

Or you could just count, it's faster and easier.

So you start at the point (-2,-9) then you count up 10 points.

Then from here (-2,1), you go over 4 points to the right, getting you to (2,1).

Therefore the slope is 10/4.

I think the answer would be

X=1.5
Y= -10 or -12 or 12
