Answer:

C. (5,0)

Explanation:

you can check the graph at the point where those two lines meet

or

solve the simultaneous equation

you will solve for x=5 and y=0 if you use elimination/substitution

Answer:

(5,0)

Explanation:

we have two equations with two unknown variables

equation 1 : 3x -2y =15

equation 2: 4x - y =20

we can multiply the equation 2 for two in order to add the equations and eliminate a term

(-2)*(equation 2)= -2(4 x- y) =-2*20

-8x +2y=-40 equation 3

now, let´s add the equation 3 to equation 1

-8x +2y = -40

3x -2y = 15

___________

-5x +0 =-25

x=(-25)/(-5) \\x=5

and leaving y from equation 2

4 x - y =20

4x -20 =y

y=4(5)-20

y=20-20=0

y = 0

the only coordinate that satisfies the equation is (5,0)

have a great day
