point slope form means (y-y1)=m(x-x1)

so u need to find the slope gradient from those 2 points

m=y2-y1/x2-x1

=-6-6/11-7

=-12/4

=-3

and finally x1,y1=7,6

(y-y1) =m(x-x1)

(y-6) =-3(x-7)
