I know spanish but this it's too weird. You can only answer with "conmigo/contigo" the first point.
Anyways, it will be something like..
"Mi mamá fue contigo, pero mi papá no pudo ir conmigo."
I think that for the others points you have to use "ti, mí".
Like.
"...Y un regalo para mí."
"... Un vestido para mí y una camiseta para ti." Or if the 'you' is like 'i'm' it will be "..Un vestido para ti y una camiseta para mí."
