In both triangles MAH and TAH,

MH = TH (Equally bisected by AH)
Angle MHA = Angle THA (Perpendicularly 90°)
AH = AH (Common)

By SAS rule,
Both triangles are congruent.

And by cpct (Conference part of Congruent triangles) AM will equal to AT.
