Yes because there are different inputs. There is not one that is the same. Remember there can only be 1 input and 1 output. However if -2 has two different inputs, then it’s still considered a function since the inputs are different. Hope this helps :)

This is not the case here as

x = - 1 → y = - 2 and x = 6 → y = - 2

Therefore the relation is not a function
