Hello from MrBillDoesMath!

Answer:

7554m (approximately)

Discussion:

One of the many formulas for the area of a triangle is:

1/2 (product of length of base legs) * (sine of the included angle)

In our case this is

(1/2) (104) ( 226) sin (40) =

(1/2) (104) ( 226)( 0.643) = 7554m

Regards,

MrB
