The rise of anti-semitism in Europe before World War II was a direct cause of the Holocaust, wich was the imprisonment and later extermination of jewish people in Nazi-occupied territories. The other options are all directly related to World War II but not to Anti-Semitism, except for the Cold War that is only indirectly related, the Nuremburg Trials did judge many anti-semitic war-crimes but it was held to judge any war-crimes.
