An organ system is a group of organs that work together to perform a specific function to keep an organism functioning and alive. Each organ that makes up the organ system has a specific job they need to do. For example, the heart is an organ. It's job is to keep blood pumping throughout the body for our body to live.

The respiratory system delivers oxygen to the blood.

The skeletal system helps support and move the human body.

The muscular system helps the human body move.
