The value of x would be roughly -6.14

Explanation:

To find x, all we need to do is put each of these values in for the variables that they represent. y obviously goes in for y. y-intercept is the b value, and slope is the m value.

y = mx + b

-58 = 7x - 15

-43 = 7x

-6.14 = x
