you change 3(1/2) to 7/2
and 2(2/3) to 8/3


thn you have

7/2×8/3= 56/6 which simplifies to 28/3

first evaluate 3 1/2 = (6+1)/2=7/2

so for that multiply 2 * 3 and +1 and divide by 2

second evaluate 2 2/3 = (6+2)/3 = 8/3
