\bf 5(x-5)^2-9=6\implies 5(x-5)^2=15\implies (x-5)^2=\cfrac{15}{5}\implies (x-5)^2=3 \\\\\\ √((x-5)^2)=√(3)\implies x-5=√(3)\implies x=√(3)+5
