When you sleep your body is relaxed. And when you dont get enough sleep your body is aching and tired and it sends messages to the brain to be stressed out about things

Getting enough sleep can reduce stress because it rejuvenates the body and the systems of the body like respiratory system, immune system and others. Also, your body is relaxed, and your body is healing from any harmful things.
