C) y=2x-1
How did i find this:
y=mx+b (slope-intercept form)
find your slope:
3-(-1)/2-0=4/2
Simplify: 2 <-- that's your slope (m)
Now to find your y-intercept:
y=2x+b
take one of the points (2,3) (0,-1) and substitute the y and x of the point into your equation:
-1=2(0)+b
solve and that gives you -1 as your y-intercept so c is correct
i know it's very confusing, but you got this!! i hope i helped
