Answer: y=2x+14
Step-by-step explanation:
Y=mx+b
Y= 2x-4
M=2
Y= 2x+b
2 = (2 x -6) + b
2=-12+b
12+2=12+b
-12
14=0+b
14=b
Y=2x+14
