the correct answer is choice A, because the leaders of the allied forces sat down, and talked in order to work out co-ordinated attacks on Nazi strongpoints, thus weakening Hitler's forces and defenses. One example of a strong point, is Hitler's north atlantic wall, most know of it as Normandy Beach on point Omaha for "D-Day."
