Answer:

Given equation:
Px+5 = -4x+ Q

Add 4x on both sides we get;

Px + 5 + 4x = -4x + Qc+ 4x

Simplify:

Px +4x + 5 = Q

or

x(P+4) = Q - 5

Divide P+4 on both sides we get;

x = (Q-5)/(P+4)

If we set Q-5 = 0 and P +4 = 0, there will be no solutions.

Since, No solution would mean that there is no answer to the equation.

Q -5 = 0

or

Q = 5

and

P +4 = 0

or

P= -4

Therefore, the values of P = -4 and Q = 5 results in an equation with no solutions.
