Hey user!!
here's ur answer..
atq, A 1200 sq ft house is advertised for sale at a price of 96000.
we have to find the cost per sq ft.
area of the house is given = 1200ft²
and price = 96000
therefore cost per ft² = 96000/1200
= 80
