Explain how the digit in the hundredths place influces the rounding of a decimal to the nearest thenth

The digit in the hundredths that place influences to round is when they are near to ten for example if you have 99,99 you can approximate this quantity to a hundred. all the decimals after 5 you can round them to the next quantity. another example is 6, 5 can be aproximate to 7 but 6,4 can´t.
