Hi there! :)

Answer:

r ≤ 2.5

Explanation:

-2(r - 3) + 7 ≥ 8

Distribute the "-2" to the entire parentheses → -2 × r = -2r & -2 × -3 = 6

-2r + 6 + 7 ≥ 8

Add the similar terms together → 6 + 7 = 13

-2r + 13 ≥ 8

Subtract "13" from each side of the inequality → 8 - 13 = -5

-2r ≥ -5

Divide each side of the inequality by "-2" → -5 ÷ -2 = 2.5

r ≤ 2.5Whenever you divide an inequality by a negative number, you must flip the inequality sign!!

There you go! I really hope this helped, if there's anything just let me know! :)
