Explanation:

Meteors generally ends up burning in mesosphere. Mesosphere is located in just below the thermosphere and above stratosphere.

Meteors burn in mesosphere because they move through the exosphere and thermosphere without any trouble because these layers so not have much air.

But as soon as the meteors reaches the mesosphere, the heat, friction along with combination of gases burns the meteors.
