f(x) = (x - 3)(x + 2)(x + 1)

Explanation:

given the roots are x = 3, x = - 2 and x = - 1, then the factors are

(x - 3), (x + 2) and (x + 1)

The cubic function is the the product of it's factors, hence

f(x) = (x - 3)(x + 2)(x + 1)
