Amendment is additional changes that we made to the constitutions. According to the article V of the constitution, the Congress has the right to make a proposal for the amendment if they managed to obtain 2/3 votes of the total members.

As for the electoral duties, congress has the power to:

- Determine who win the presidential election if none of the candidates won the electoral vote.

- Approve the candidacy of new vice president if the previous one is removed from duty.
