Answer: Everything except 3 * 129

Explanation:

You can break 388 in half twice in order to find the answer.

Since 388/2 = 194, then 194 * 2 = 388

Since 388/4 = 97, then 97 * 4 = 388

Do note that 3 and 129 are both odd. Two odd factors can never make an even product. So that is out immediately.
