I don't think I know but I'll try. Yes it's true that A always comes before B and yes he was poor as a child and all through his life and he wrote about poor people because of his experience and made it sad while writing his stories. So I'd say that the answer would be that A always comes before B.

Charles Dickens wrote about the poor because he himself had lived with and observed the poor and because he was sensitive to human suffering. There is NO FALLACY in this statement.
