Answer: 16.64;

23.14 (respectively)

Explanation:

Let us represent the amount of snow per hour as x (x=2.6 inches)

so if 6.4 hours has past, the equation is 6.4x, or 16.64. we can do the same with 8.9 hours, with 8.9x=23.14
