And according to the question,

Which is shown by the below inequality,

And,
0.25 S+0.8 L >6.3 --------(2)

By putting S = 10 and L = 4 in the inequality (1),


0.3* 10+0.65* 4 \geq 4.5


3+2.6 \geq 4.5


5.6 \geq 4.5 (true)

That is, for the values S = 10 and L = 4 the inequality (1) is followed.
