The oranges would weigh 4.4 pounds.

Explanation/ steps:

Three 5.7 pound of apples : 3 x 5.7 = 17.1 (weight of apples in the bag)

To get the weight of oranges subtract 21.5 from 17.1 ..... 21.5 - 17.1 = 4.4 (weight of oranges)
