I assume you mean SLOPE-intercept form.

(9-6)/(4- -3)=3/7

Parallel perpendicular? What does that mean? I assume you mean parallel because the numbers make more sense.

8=3/7(14)+b

8=6+b b=2

y=3/7x+2
