(-3,4) (5,6) the slope formula y2-y1 over x2-x1

so its 6-4/5-(-3) which you gonna get 2/8 which is 1/4 so thats your slope.

*just know that your slope will flip since it's perpendicular and not parallel

so now you gonna find "b" on the equation Y=mx=b so out of your 2 points, choose one. I choose (5,6) all you gotta do is plug it into y=mx+b

so it's gonna be 6= 4 (the flipped slope)*5+b {1.4*5 = 1.25}

so you gonna take 6 - 20 = -14 whcih is your b

so your new equation + the answer is Y= 4x-14
