Is it fair that adults get paid more than teens

when they have the same job and title?

.

Dulce and Ms. Clifford apply for the same job at Starbucks and are both hired at the same time. Neither of them have
ever worked in a coffee house (same experience as a barista), but Ms. Clifford is making $1 more per hour than Dulce.
Is this fair?

Answer: No, because if two people are hired at the same time and place they should share an equal pay. Why should one get paid more or less than the other? Teens often need jobs to support their family, for future plans and schools.

According to the college boards the cost of universities has sky rocketed in recent years. Making it more difficult to pay. Average tuition and fees have increased by 40 percent! It also shows that people who have typically graduated from colleges have a chance of having a higher wage.

There is already a lot of unequal pay in America and other countries are we just gonna stand around and watch this happen for the younger generation? No! We will fight back and prove our point not just teens should get an equal pay but also minorities, women and anybody else who suffers from discrimination in their jobs affecting in lower pay then somebody who has the same role and has started at the same time!

Explanation: Using context clues and resources.
